Catching Fire Lunch

I am happy to be sharing this bento with you today, as I was sick for over a week and am finally well.  I assure you my children were eating during that time, just not bentos and certainly nothing worthy of a blog post.

One thing I did accomplish while I was sick was pre-ordering tickets to see Catching Fire opening weekend.  My daughter was so excited, so I wanted to make her a Mockingjay lunch today.  I cheated a bit and used a cupcake topper, but she still enjoyed it!
 What's in the Box?
Butternut squash soup sprinkled w/ cinnamon, confetti rice (mix of brown, wild & red rice)
Grape tomatoes, edamame, tri-color baby bell peppers, celery
Blackberries & raspberries

Baa Baa Black Sheep...

...have you any wool?  Yes sir, yes sir, three bentos full!  Okay, so I don't really have three bentos full, but it sounded cute.  I used my CuteZCute Animal Pals to make this cute sheep lunch.  It was fast and easy, too!
What's in the Box?
Turkey & cheese sandwiches on pumpernickel and whole wheat bread
Lettuce, tomatoes, yellow squash, zucchini, orange & yellow bell peppers
Apples, carrots, snap peas, watermelon radish

Fifteen Minute Friday #20

Welcome to 15 Minute Friday - Week 20!

Have you ever wondered how long it would take to make a bento lunch?  My fellow bento bloggers and I often receive inquiries regarding the amount of time it takes to make the lunches we share on our blogs.  The good news is that making fun bento lunches doesn't have to take longer than a typical lunch!

Do you have a fun lunch that can be made in 15 minutes or less?  If so, feel free to link up below!  Whether you are adding your lunch or not, please visit some of the linked up lunches and be sure to leave comments.  We bloggers LOVE that!  If you are adding your lunch, please include a link back to this page.  Feel free to grab my button!
